1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that every nomination submitted for KG Awards is accurate, complete, and verifiable, maintaining the prestige and credibility of the awards.

2. Verification Process

All nominations undergo a thorough review by the KG Awards verification team and jury.
Submitted details, achievements, and supporting documents are cross-checked for accuracy and authenticity.
Additional documentation or clarification may be requested from Nominees to validate their claims.

3. Eligibility & Compliance

Only individuals, organizations, or institutions that meet the eligibility criteria for a given award category will be considered.
Nominations with incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information will be rejected.
Verification ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the IT Act, 2000, and applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in cases of misrepresentation.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Nominations found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or unverifiable will be disqualified.
Previously awarded recognition may be revoked if discrepancies are identified post-award.
KG Awards reserves the right to report any intentional misrepresentation or fraud to legal authorities under applicable Indian laws.

5. Reporting Concerns

KG Awards encourages Nominees, participants, and stakeholders to report any suspicious activities or concerns regarding nominations. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Nomination Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or issues arising from the verification process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
